Help Plz........Confusion in Experience point calculation

Dear Seniros/Experts,
I am confused during calculation of working experience points in FSWP 2013.Luckily,I am in the 24 occupation list.I shall apply under
Manager Engineer catagory.
Experience point calculation in FSWP :
Work Experience (Yrs) Points
1 year 9
2 -3 year 11
4-5 year 13
6+ year 15

My experience :

Occupation (NOC 0211) Experience
Manager-Telecommunications Engineering Service 2 yrs 11 months
Deputy Manager, Telecommunications Engineering Service 2 years 9 months
System Engineer, Telecommunications Engineering Service 2 years 7 months
Total 8 years 3 months
As a manger I have 2 yrs 11 month experience .But I have total 8 years 3 months experience in telecommunication engineering sector.
what would be my point ?
11 or 15?

Dear Seniors,
I have 6 years experience as Engineering Manager(Electrical) , NOC 0211.

My previous position was as Deputy Manager(Electrical)- where in most functions remains similar but at some junior level of responcility and includes execution, supervision etc., - for which what NOC code should i put in the application form IMM0008_3e- (Schedule 3 : Economic Class).

Please help.
