help pls..validity of pcc?

I am going to submit my full doc in August to New Delhi.I have taken the pcc on 8th of May.It is about 3 and half month old.Can i send it? What is the validity of pcc? I belong to Punjab state.pls advise me as soon as possible.

It depends, when was your initial application received at CIO-Sydney?

Most likely it is OK. If your application was received at CIO-Sydney before the changes on June 26th, the rule at that time was that PCCs could not be more than 3 months old at the time of initial application (date application received at CIO-Sydney).

Rules have since changed.
