HELP pls regarding Super Visa Application

Hi everyone! I hope someone would be able to help me or have any idea on this especially to those who applied already for Super visa.

1. Can I submit my parent's online application here in Canada on their behalf?
2. Is the written and signed promise of financial support should me separate from Letter of Invitation or can write it along with my invitation letter?
