I have a question.. if i file an application for visa, and the canadian embassy thinks that my application is weak.. will i be able to know right away if my visa application is refused? I hope to hear from you, guys! TIA

You won't know until a decision is made. It can take anywhere from a few days to several months for CIC to review the application and make a decision.
