help pls, need some information

I want to send some documents(another employment letter because my employer died) to cic but don't know how to do that since i didn't receive AOR. my application status appears on the ecas but no official email from cic regarding aor. i wonder how to send documents without aor. ur responses will be highly appreciated

Send an email looking for update. You can probably use your client id number or whatever else you are using to check the eCas status.

Looks like they reply with your file number. You can use this file number to send letters then.
