Hello all ( pls help)
after 3 years waiting I had email this morning from VO that I didn't make a requirement so they said NO to me.
In Nova scotia they sent me letter that i am eligible at first place. with my calculation they give me 22 for my education. but regarding to vo email they give me 20 point. that make my total point 65 instead 67 . How can I appelle now? Is it any chance to get good news from them after appealing? What should I do? My life is depend on it. I am so angry and frustrated. Pls help and tell me what to do?

Sorry to hear about your rejection. What documents did you provide the VO in order to meet the requirements for 22 pts for education? Did you provided documentation that you have two or more university degrees at the bachelor's level and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study; or you have a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study? (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp) If you did than I think you could send a letter to the VO and ask them to reconsider as it seems it was an oversight. However, if you did not provide this information and they made the decision based on the documentation you provided they may not reconsider. I'm not sure though. While I do know that there is an appeal process I don't know much about it. Maybe someone else can give more info about that.

I think it was my and Sydney's mistake the we calculate wrong, any how My English test result wasn't so high to make it work either caz was so sick on my exam day and couldn't get good mark. and so far I thought my point is 22 so i didn't go for another IELTS exam. now can i ask them to give me another chance I registered again for another test and i am positive that i can get a very good mark. Do you think they can give me another chance if i email and ask them?
