Under the FEDERAL SKILLED TRADE PROG.

Can people apply from abroad or this is for only inland applicants. No one knows much about it. Hope to receive some answers.

My Sister is in Australia worked as a cook. Can i apply for her visa under this category?

In order for her to be eligible in the first place she would need:

"have an offer of full-time employment for a total period of at least one year* or a certificate of qualification in that skilled trade issued by a Canadian provincial or territorial authority"
