Can anyone tell me the difference between a 'Letter of Invitation" and a "Offer of Employment" in the context of renewing my work permit with the same employer?
I am already in Canada so unsure as to why I would need a Letter of Invitation when I am already in Canada in that job.
HR says I can upload the "Offer of Employment" letter have also as the 'Letter of Invitation". Not sure if this is correct so just wanted your help!
