HELP PLEASE.....

HI SENIORS,
I am working in canada close workpermit (LMIA) SUPPORT 600 POINTS FOR PR PROCESS.Now i got confirmation of Permanent residence paper with immigrant visa, my wife and kid also got COPR and immigrant visa IN INDIA.Still now i didnot land here ,Plan to go to my home country after 2 month bring my family here. My Question i can give resignation letter for my workplace if i give resignation my employer withdraw my workpermit 'affect my PERMANENT RESIDENCE .MY PR WILL cancel or employer cant do this stage.Seniors please advise me to next step.

If you are the principal applicant, you can land first, your family can land later. Once you land, you are a PR and you can quit your job if you want.
