Hello so i've been a refugee in canada since November 2014, and my first refugee hearing was refused so after that i appealed to RAD and they Refused as well, so i went with my final option which is appealing for Federal court and they have accepted my appeal and told me they would send it back to a new judge at RAD so i wanted to ask you how good of a chance do i stand now in getting accepted and finally getting some rest of mind because i have been living the past year and half in constant stress and worry that i feel like i've become depressed at times. so i'd appreciate any help and information, thank you very much.

Was the federal court decision granted based on technicality? because it's rare for federal court to render a positive decision.

I know someone who was granted a positive answer from the federal court but based on technicality and refused again by the IRB.

It depends on what was the court decision after all.

I am not sure, they said they agree with us and that the judge was wrong, and they are sending it to a new judge in the RAD.

Your post did not answer anything new.
I already know the judge agreed with you ( the applicant ), but the point is that if it was based on a technicality or not. You should read the federal court decision thoroughly and understand it, dont count on your lawyer as they are after the money after all. It's your life so start reading
