hello everyone I need some help please ,

we got letter from CIC telling the print out C was missing , now my question is this ..
Are they going to send the application package back to me and re arrange and add the missing paper and send it again or
Am I just send the print out c to the CIC

need your help guys please

What did the email tell you? Did they ask you to send it to them together with some instructions?
Or did they say they will be mailing it back.

Usually, only packages with missing signatures are sent back to the applicant.

If it is not a "DO-NOT-REPLY" email address, you might be able to send a follow-up inquiry.

Thanks Iay I read the mail letter again it say they will send back the whole package again and resend to them thanks so much Iay
