Hi Guys,
I worked as a Customer Service Rep for 4 years and 9 months and then became a Starbucks Food counter/Barista for 9 months in 2010.
I am currently employed on a re-seller company as a Sales Support Specialist.
I am applying for an FCA position and someone told me that I should get 2 years experience because the Canadian Embassy will just deny me.
Is that true? If I will try to pursue my experience as FCA/Barista will they count the 9 months experience I had prior to that?
So I will just need to gain 1+ year more or should that 2 year experience be continuous?
Also, some employers posting on jobsites, only require months of experience. I guess that can only apply to the locals?
So if do a direct hire application, that would still be denied by the embassy, is that correct?
Thank you in advance for the responses.
Regards,
Spidermark
