I applied for Supervisa and it was approved. Its validity is based on my old passport which will be on june 26, 2022 . However I have a new passport now cause I lost the old passport and I informed CIC about it. But still The counterfoil document or stamp says it will expire on june 26,2022. I was hopeful that it would be 2029 cause its the new validity date of my new passport. I wasn’t able to forward a copy of my new passport on the requirement section while applying because my new passport wasn’t released/issued yet that time time———meaning what they have on records is my old passport which made the officers decide to put the supervisa validity based on the old one. Is there any chance to contact IRCC and tell them to consider my new passport and its new validity? What Im afraid to know is what if its stamped already?will there be a way for them to alter or restamp a new one with the extended date stamp?
