Help please - Proof of founds!!!

Can I show the bank account of my spouse (she is my accompaning member), her mother will provide us with money, and her mother will transfer money (mother sold the land and have cash)...

1. Can she transfer money to my spouse account or she must transfer money to my account?
2. Do we have to enclose agreement of sold land?
3. When her mother transfer the money, Do we need to wait 4 months or not (we dont have time because my College start soon)?

any account should be fine as long as u attach letter from ur spouse saying ur being

its a good idea to show where the money came from if not from a stable income per year

Can I show some different way for funds? I can get the aprove of my employer for support me... Or some deposite..?
