Hello everyone please I would like to confirm when one is given a PFL and the final submission date is for instance July 8….can she submit the requested documents on that said last day or it has to be latest july 7…..

basically my question is can she submit during the day of july 8 or it becomes late
Example —- july 8 12.00am it becomes late or she can submit during the day of july 8.

In my case, I was given 60 days (August 1st deadline) and I made my initial submission on June 30 via the web portal. Following some updates from my school regarding my health insurance, I submitted additional information via web form. I know that it takes a while for things sent via web form to be added to one's file, do you think they will see it before August 1st? Or do I reach out to an MP's office to confirm this?
