Hi guys,

I'm helping someone out. Heres the situation in hand

- Graduated from 4 year undergraduate program in 2013
- Enrolled in post graduated diploma course right after and graduated in mid 2014
- Applied for PGWP and received it for 1 year expiring THIS october end
- Just got a full-time permanent job 2 months ago.
- Company is unwilling to apply for LMIA and I currently do not qualify for the express entry track due to the lack of 1 year of work experience minimum
- Employer is willing to apply for PNP pre-screening/PNP
- I'm exploring the option of applying for the Ontario PNP and I understand the employer needs to submit a prescreening that can take close to a year since I work for a smaller firm.
-
Is there any way or option one can take to remain in canada working while waiting the result of the prescreening? Or is there any other option that hasn't been looked at in this circumstance that will allow the extension of a PGPW?

Any help will be sincerely appreciated, desperate time due to the fact that the work permit is expiring at the end of October 2015.

Thank you so much!
