Hi there,
Can anybody tell me that I stayed in china for 24 days after my 18th birthday but CIC site says that anywhere you stayed more than 6 consecutive months after 18 year old. So please tell me whether I need a police clearance certificate from china or not.

You answered your own question. If you did not stay for more than 6 months in China, you DO NOT need its Police Clearance Certificate.

But I stayed in china for 1 year but on that time I was 17 and when I became 18, within 24 days I left china. So overall I live 24 days after becoming 18 years old. So can you tell me whether the CIC can ask me for police record of china

if you are chinese citizen, you need to get a police certificate by yourself.

I understand the time is kind of tricky, but don't think you need a police certificate : technically you stayed in 24days after you are 18 yr old.

It's impossible for any of us say for certain. It's certainly possible CIC may ask you to provide a PCC from China.
