Right now ,i am in quebec as an international student ..i have a bachelors degree which has 16 points ..and right now ibam doing a Vocational Program which has 12 points and i have already completed half of this of which i have certificate too.
I just want to know as i am unable to register My self in Mon Projet Québec . Can its still legal and authorized to file my application paper based for CSQ ??
