Help please ASAP

I got accepted to Concordia University for January semester. I had a health problem because of that I couldn’t gather my documents on time and it got late. If I upload my documents now and apply for visa would I be able to get to the classes February?
I talked to university and they said it’s my choice to defer to fall semester or Just come late. But If I come late that would have impact on my grades.
If you were me, what would you do ?
How long is the process of student visa usually take?

Depends on your country's student visa processing time. However, I feel it's late to apply now for a student visa for winter intake. Defer it to fall 2019 and then apply for visa. Wait for others answers though.

Pretty much zero chance of you being able to make the January semester. Defer to fall.

Yeah, defer is the safest option.
