Help Please!! Already submitted PC 3 times..CPP ottawa never recieved it!!

Hi Guys;

I had submitted my PC three months ago and CPP ottawa never recieved it. I received an email saying I should submit my PC asap otherwise my application will be refused. I have replied to them and sent two different emails explaining the situation and attached a express post receipt and scanned PC but they still havent found it. Please advice what I can do in this situation. I will rally appreciate your help here. Thanks and Good luck to all..

Hi gbal. That's not how to resolve issue with CIC. In your email communication, you state which address you sent it to, you state what date it was delivered, you state who received it and you state the time of delivery of the mail. Only that way, CIC will be forced to look at the documents that day and bring out your document.
