I have questions regarding filling out the IMM 5710e document.
- Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual (IMM5475) do I need this when I'm applying by myself?
- Coming into Canada - "If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent visitor record, study permit, work permit or temporary resident permit issued to you."
I got my study permit issued in 2018 August and expires in 2020 August, and got my co-op work permit on 2019 July, and it already expired.
Which one should I write there?
- Details of intended work in Canada Q1~8 : Can I leave these empty since it's PGWP?
(I got a job offer and will start working from July)
- If I have to write Q5 Duration of expected employment, what are the From and To date will be? Should From be the next day of my after my study permit expires? (I will start working from July and the job offer is a permanent offer. )
- Field and level of study: My major is called Computer systems technology. Can I shorten it as just a Diploma in Computing?
- Background information 2-c: Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?
Should I write that I applied to study permit and co-op work permit as a student?
- Education: I have a 2 years diploma from Korea too. should I write it?
- Employment: CIC's guide on imm5710 says - "For co-op and post-graduation work permit applicants: information in this section are not required."
Should I write N/A for the * parts (The first row of employment has *) ?
