Hi there,
My process of Permanent Residence is now at the stage where I have to to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee, Proof of Funds (again) and Medical Examinations.
I lived in Canada for 18 months. When I submitted my application to Buffalo (right now it is in Detroit) I was living in Canada. After 6 months of that I moved back to my home country (Ecuador).
However I was receiving letters to my old mailing address, where a friend lives now and he is letting me know any notification and sending me letters to my country.
I am going to send a new reference letter from my current job and a proof of funds from my bank account in my country (my first proof of funds were from my Canadian bank account).
What is the right way to change my address? Do I have to fill a form? In that case? what form is it? or can I still use my old mailing address and change only my home address?
Thank you so much in advance and I look forward to your soon reply.
Carlos Montoya
