I am so confused.
2023.05.23 received “ready for visa” email
2023.05.24 mailed passport through UPS to 365 Laurier Av in Ottawa
2023.06.30 delivered
Today I received my package back from “22 DE VaRENNES, Gatineau, QC” and telling me “we regret to inform you that we have received your package here at the Passport program. Unfortunately while in transit through Canada post, the package was delivered to our address in error and inadvertent opened. We thus forwarding the package to your address”
I’m sorry but I’m so confused. I think basically USPS mailed my passport to the wrong place right? And I have to remail it?
