Help - only received passport request for spouse (PRTD)

Hello everyone need help.
Me & my wife we both applied for PRTD under H&C grounds through email from India.
After 1 month 2 weeks we have received a response asking for my wife's passport. Which is really confusing as we submitted separate application & other documents in one email for both of us.
I am really confused what to expect, filled webform from vfs for courier pick up & would be sending my wife's passport.
Guys does passport request comes separately for both?

Everyone is considered individually. It is very strange that your wife received a response to an H&C request so quickly.
