You cannot "immigrated" here in 1997 and became PR in 2006.
What status did you have before 2006? Being foreign student or worker is not considered "immigrated".
my family and I came here 1997. I'm not sure under what umbrella but all i know is on FEB/09/2006 I signed a document saying I'm a PR now.
I think I'm going to somehow restart that application.
You definitely need to leave this section blank - this only applies if you are applying under H&C, but I remember it gets asked to everyone. Try leaving it blank and see if that works.
I don't think we are going to be able to help without knowing how you are answering every single question. There is an error in what you have entered somewhere that is preventing you from proceeding. If you really get stuck, might be time to hire a lawyer to help you.
Another suggestion would be to simply start over the online application, possibly with a new login, so as to check the logic of every single answer in the app.
