Hello All,

I want to visit Canada for a week as tourist to see my relatives. I am Indian national working in Britain. I got British work permit valid till Oct2010. My ques is that do i have to show an embassy an airline ticket while applying for a visitor visa?
and also if i am going for 8 days, how much fund do i have to show? and also if you people want to suggest anything, that will be great
Many Thanks

I do not think you need to show the airline tickets.

If you can show strong ties to UK (job, contract with employer, pay slips, bank statements...), that should do.

You can contact the Canada High Commission in London to find out the expenses you would need for the required number of days.
