help on supervisa medical request

Hi everybody

I applied for my mom visa on 7th Oct 2013 , received medical request and passport back on 11th Oct 2013.
want to know If anybody get the same thing , how you send the passport back?
have to wait of CHC call or letter?
your reply will be appreciated.

And why they send passport back with medical request

passport is required to get the medical done.. as an identification

Once the medical is done, wait for a few days and submit the passports back at a VFS.

Or you could wait for them to request your passports back.
