When did you receive this? You are asked to provide police certificates for the countries you have lived in for more than 6 months. Must be in French or English and certified.

Its from 29,november 2023 but why i already submit it with other documents and my agent told me he submitted again when they asked does it lead to refusal?

So you submitted the information as asked with translated police checks? You had a certified translator complete the document. If so you did all you could do at the time.
