Hello everyone! This is my story.

Back in September 2023, before applying to the Ontario immigration program, I spoke with my employer and explained the requirements very clearly. At that time, they told me that there would be no problem and that everything would be under control (regarding filling the form and complying with the Ontario PNP).

I received the invitation in December, and together we filled out the employer's form, reiterating several times that everything was fine. Finally, I sent the documents and made the payment, fast forward to February 2024, I received an email from the program requesting information about the company's employees and whether they met the minimum gross annual revenue for the previous fiscal year. That is when the problem arose.

At the time, my employer told me that the fiscal year 2022 did not reach the goal of 1M CAD, but fell a little short. However, they assured me that in 2023, that goal would be exceeded by a lot. They apologized to me, and we discussed how to solve the problem.

The strategy at this time is to send the appropriate documentation for fiscal year 2022 and the company's employees, and at the same time include a letter from the company's accountant certifying that in 2023, the million-dollar goal will be met.

I still don't know what will happen, but I would like to know if anyone has gone through this situation.

Thank you.

You will have to wait and find out. OINP may ask company for tax filings for 2023 since 2022 was not met. How many employees are there?

Hello, The company has more than 10 employees.

A small update my employer's accountant printed off a summary of the company's 2023 operations, they left a note and signed it with their CPA number, they included this alongside the rest of the documentation.

My profile status changed to Decision In Progress a few days after the required documentation was submitted.

I'm still waiting.

No updates so far, it's been 158 days since submission (Dec. 21st, 2023), application still in `Decision In Progress`

Another update:

Received a Notice of Intent to Refuse Application, they said 2023 statements will not work in this scenario because the profile is dated December 2023, so it has to be 2022 financial records.

I believe I will withdraw my application and submit a new EOI

Did company send all docs request from oinp for 2022 or just send 2023 docs?
Company sent both 2022 and 2023, in 22 they made 750K and 2023 they made 1.5M

Even when the profile is dated December 21, 2023, they still wanted 2022 statements, so that's why they refused.

I already withdrew my profile and submitted a new one
