my sister in law and brother are in canada, they want to apply for their kids visitor visa who are minor age of 15 and 16. Can their parents need consent form from their kids and do they need to fill representatives form too? And they are preparing their file on online portal, what else they need to do? Please help

Why didn’t they apply all together?
You do realize that the parents more than likely got their visas because there children are the tie for them to return ?

Once again , why did they not apply for their kids visa , when they applied for there’s ?

If I can see the inconsistency here , you can bet the VO will .

…..and how’d you get your PR ?

If parents are in Canada, what is their status? Kids have to show ties to return - paid tuition, proof of school registration. Need to show funds for visit, travel history and valid reasons to travel. Given parents have visas already then chances of approval are lower.
