What is the criteria to apply what are the relevant documents are acquired to apply for the immigration. Hi. You need to become familiar with all the possibilities. Read up on the link below and see if you have done any jobs for one full year (paid) that are included in the NOC 29 list of occupations that has not already reached the maximum of 1000 applications to date. If you do not qualify under the FSW category you may be able to get a job offer and apply that way, or through one of the Provincial Nominee programmes. Good luck.
