Hi Guys. Do anyone know of a program from your computer or through the cell phone that have apps to call Canada from Egypt? We have tried several ways to call CIC but cant get through to them from here.

It is very tough to call cic from an international landline. I tried many times, but they only pick up if call is coming within Canada. PC programs have failed also.
