help needed with PR docs under CEC

Hi all,

i need some help with filling the PR docs under CEC.

Form IMM5669 (Background declaration)
1. under category EDUCATION, how many years an indian should fill under elementary school, secondary/high school, university/college, other post secondary school who have done MCA (Post-graduate) and no LKG/UKG (Kindergarden).
Reason of this question is, indian study system is different then canadain.

2. under category Addresses - i was in US for 5 months in around 2006-2007 but dont remember the address. what should i do? i am not in touch with my then roommates.

3. under category national identity document - As i m from India, do i need to fill PAN card details here or the AADHAR card details. I have canadian SIN number. Should i fill those details. is that fine?

1) Elementary Grade 1 to 8, Secondary Grade 9 to 12, Graduation, PG and so on. NO UKG/LKG.
2) You will need the US address.
3) India does not have any NID till date. Mark the section as NO
