Hello, i really could use your help guys.

I'm interested in these 2 jobs, but i cant assess, which NOC skill level it falls under. I'm sorry if it's forbidden to ask such things, if it is, i will delete it immediately.

1st job - Operations Specialist, Collections (admin support)

Duties : An Operations Specialist for Collections assists in troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues, creates, distributes, and closes-out customer tickets on a daily basis, maintains and distributes department related information on a daily basis, communicates with other supervisors and managers about operations and/or dispatch issues, and completes and maintains a variety of reports as directed by the department manager. You will be responsible for using software tools to manage a variety of tasks, such as procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor, assisting with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs, assisting with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary, assisting in the implementation of operational projects as needed, communicating with customers about service issues as needed, and communicating with employees about scheduling and work assignments as needed.

I dont know if it falls under 1241 NOC Administrative assistants or 1411 General office support workers or even some else.

2nd job - Technician assistant

Duties :

Primarily responsible for cleaning a wide variety of environmental monitoring equipment
Assist technicians with the preparation of orders and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse
Assist with the pickup equipment and accessories in a timely manner from various locations
Communicate with other branch offices to source equipment and accessories
Perform quality control inspections on equipment
Coordinate customer deliveries to meet order requirements
Assist the Shipper/Receiver
Be familiar with the emergency procedures and take part in emergency drills
Promote a positive Health and Safety attitude
Attend Performance Meetings
Other duties as assigned

Here i don't even know, since i didn't find any "technician assistant" reference.

There's not much of educations requirements, so i'm kinda afraid it falls under C or D skill types.

Thank you very much for your help.

Thank you for your response Asivad.

I made a mistake, i wanted to write C or D jobs... (because of not high education requirements).

Yes, the first job seems like to be more advanced than general office support. But there's just high school required and no work experience needed, that confuses me.

The second one is what i'm not sure completely... it is technical job, but still as an assistant. That's what makes me uncertain and i couldnt find appropriate NOC.

Last question, is it possible to confirm NOC skill level somehow ? CIC probably doesnt provide such a service right ? Otherwise they would be backlogged for years haha (like they wouldnt be sometimes right?). So its just my estimate and they will assess it once they need to...
