Hi everyone
I really need advice on my case now. I hired a layer to proceed my LMIA application with my current company. Everything has been done, suppose to submit the application by next week.
Here comes the problem, my company financially statement shows that company is carrying losses for the past years. So no profits with company. Our Canadian branch has been sponsoring from our parent company outside Canada. The parent company is sponsoring all the expenses.
Lawyer told me I will have a high risk on negative LMIA, because my company increases losses every year, even we can explain that the Canada Branch is sponsoring from the parent company outside Canada.
So I don't know how to proceed this now. Will I get effected and refused due to the Company losses? Or how should I address this.
Thank you all in advance on this matter. I am really nervous now.
