Dear All,

I am the principal applicant having 451 points with no points claimed for my wife's education and work experience. I have got the ITA on July 17, 2015 My wife is having a work experience of 6 years in India along with BCA and MBA degree. I do not intend to show these as part of my express entry profile. My concern ias as follows:-

After getting the PR and relocating to Canada with my wife, will she face any problem in obtaining job and proving her education in Canada if she has not disclosed her work experience and education in the EE profile.

Somebody please help.

Not at all. She will be a Permanent Resident, exactly like you, and that allows her to live and work anywhere in Canada. You might have to get an ECA later to prove her educational credential to prospective employers though.

Not mentioning her education or work in your EE profile will have no bearing on her future employment in Canada.

Thanks AsiVad... But I have one more query emanating from my previous query.

If I dont show my wife's education and experience in the Express Entry, then what do I mention in her 10 years history?? Is it fine if I mention her education and experience in the 10 year history section but dont show her education and experience in the sections asking for them.

Kindly help

Yes. Full disclosure in the Personal history section is warranted. But it won't prompt you for any documentation except for PCC(s) if your wife has studied, worked or lived in another country for more than 6 months in a row.
