Help needed to reapply for eTA for my sister. Reason for cancellation 41(a)

The reason was 41(a).
She needs to travel next week. Please help

41(a) is being inadmissable. Need to find out why she is inadmissable. Did she misrepresent/lie on her application and IRCC discovered it (E.g past refusal). Country?

None of that was done. She used a friends address to apply. This was her first time applying. She was born in Ghana but holds a Bahamas passport.

What do you mean a friend’s address? Did you fill it out for her so you know how she answered?She needs to find out why she is inadmissible. She has never applied for any visa in any country? Something is wrong.

So then how did she get Bahamas citizenship if born in Ghana? Parent? How are you going to find out? Are you her representative? She needs GCMS notes.

She lived and worked there for 7 years. She is a citizen. She was just born in Ghana.
I am not her rep. Just her brother who is trying to find answers for her

She needs to order GCMS notes if she doesn't know the reason why her eTA was cancelled. Unfortunately it's safe to assume she will not be traveling in 10 days.
