Help Needed !! ... Study permit and co - op permit Application together

Hi guys,

I am a student from Humber College, Toronto. I have completed my course but the compulsary internship is still due. I had applied for my co - op permit in april but due to the post canada strike, the immigration officials opened my application so late that the internship dates were expired. So they send me a letter saying that the application is refused as the internship dates have expired.

My question is that now I have to apply for my Co - up permit as well as a study permit together as its going to expire soon. Do I have to Apply for the same on just one application package or I got to make 2 ?? .. And do I have to give two different copies of documents or just one application and single copies are enough ?? .. Help woud be appreciated. Thank You

first of all sorry i can't help in this matter,but i need some info regarding co-op placement in humber,is it compulsery to do co-op internship to get graduation??/is it paid one OR unpaid one???...will this internship's lead into full time job??.and is this co-op helpful to get job???

Dear Telugusstudent,

Had almost the same problem with Gary, situation is, taking this coop is compulsory process to be a certified pharmacist, it is a volunteer work so no pay only internship, this will not lead to a full time job but this coop will be helpful to get a future job. Student permit will expire soon, and should we apply both student and work permit at the same time, or the same application? any other comment?
