I've bee trying to pay online fee but when I go there ,on the official link, it asks about the fee of Spouse and children not about the applicant. Could you please guide me?

It depends on which fee you are paying for and which you are accessing to pay the fees. You may have selected the wrong fee payment link. Go back to the begining and make sure you selected the right fee payment channel for your visa type/class. https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/immigrationlist.do
