Help Needed regarding NOC currently open in PNP

Dear Friends,

I am an Indian national married (37 Yrs) and my Husband's age is 39 yrs. I have completed 03 yrs Bachelor Degree in Commerce along with 2 yrs PG Diploma in HRM from Symbiosis Distance Learning Center. I am
having a work experience of more than 13 years whose details as follows:-

NOC- 0112 : 07 Yrs -

NOC - 1241 - 06 Yrs

I have also taken IELTS but unfortunately couldn't score good score. So, my scores are :-

L - 5.5
R - 6
W - 5.5
S - 6


My husband has done three years Bachelor in Commerce and completed his ECA from WES where his degree has been evaluated as 4 Yrs Bachelor Degree Course. He has also taken IELTS but unfortunately couldn't score good score.

So, his scores are:

L - 5.5
R - 5
W - 6
S - 7
He is having almost 09 yrs of work experience whose details are given below:-

NOC - 1112 - 5.5 Yrs

NOC - 1241 - 3.5 yrs

So, I would request to the senior members in this forum to guide me on the basis of above information, which province should I go for ? And, currently which province is accepting or inviting Expression of Interests in our NOC ?

Please advise.

Wife (37 years old) should be the primary applicant and you will have to score at least 6 bands in each module of IELTS.
once you get that, you can file PR under Nova Scotia PNP program.

Else, go for IELTS CLB 9 (8777) bands.
