Help Needed!Plz

Guys, Hello

I am going to apply for immigration very soon. I have sent my docs to WES and am hopeful will get them in the week after coming week. Its a bit late for me but I have to sort out some other things as well...

My undergrad is in mechanical engineering but my duties fall in petroleum engineer...Which NOC shall I apply for, the Mech engg one or Petroleum engg one...

Second thing is regarding experience letters...My employer no 1 has given me a certificate on company letter head that states My country & company ID and only designations along with their duration...It was internee, assistant drilling engineer and drilling engineer and dates of their time period..They have only wrote my last salary drawn...Not for each position( I do have the majority of salary slips)...Now on this letter head they have wrote that in the attached annexture A & B are his job responsibilities...The annexture are copied from company management system and printed on plan paper but stamped with company official stamp, along with intial of the person and date...


Will this type of letter serve my purpose...


Secondly from employer no 2 where i am currently working is a large multinational, it is almost impossible to get the experience certificate due to certain issues...I have the contract, payslips and an description of my position that i copied from the company management system..Is it possible that I send them those with a note stating the reason due to which I cannot give them an official letter..In this job I cannot sign it from anyone including my supervisor/manager...


any one who can shed some light over these situation....Thanks

Moreover the employer no 1 didnt write anything about the hours per week... ..They just wrote that he was permanent employee of the company...

#1: You should apply for NOC under which your have experience.
#2: The experience letter from Employer No. 1 is fine, just ensure that you also attach the copy of offer letter that your employer gave you when recruiting you (it will be for an additional support for your work exp.),
#3: CIC understand that it is not always possible to get experience letter from current employer, for this experience you can provide copy of offer letter (showing ur designation), last few salary slips and you can get one letter head from your company and print on it your responsibilities and designation etc as per the required format and get it signed from any of your colleague (make sure you provide business card of that colleague of yours along with the work exp)

#1: You should apply for NOC under which your have experience. Thats good. 2145 it is then
#2: The experience letter from Employer No. 1 is fine, just ensure that you also attach the copy of offer letter that your employer gave you when recruiting you (it will be for an additional support for your work exp.), They didnt give me an offer letter. but I have insurance cards bearing my name, company name and employee no. I'll send them along
#3: CIC understand that it is not always possible to get experience letter from current employer, for this experience you can provide copy of offer letter (showing ur designation)i'll send it, last few salary slips (computer generated and i have all of them and will send all)and you can get one letter head from your company and print on it your responsibilities and designation etc as per the required format and get it signed from any of your colleague (make sure you provide business card of that colleague of yours along with the work exp)..I think no one will do that for me as they are very strict in regards of letters and no one will agree..By the way I can do fine without this job..I mean I get 67 without it as well...shall I leave it or is it necessary
