Help needed on Implied Status and what happens next ?

Hello,

My PNP application is in process and the decision may come in Feb end or March but it is probably going to be denied since i was missing 2 months of stay out of needed 12.

I have a valid work permit till May 2014 and my TRV is also valid till that date. What if i go in Feb to complete my 2 months stay and reapply in May 2014 and my work permit expires in May end ?

Will i get to enter the Implied Status , will my work permit be extended or should i apply for stay as a Visitor, what will be happening after this ?

Applying won't give you implied status. You will have to change your status to visitor if you want to stay in Canada.

Can you please tell me how to do that, should i apply for this when i reach Canada or when i am in India ?
