Help Needed - List of Items Accompanying & to Follow

Is it mandatory to submit the photographs of the jewels that we will be carrying or bring in later ?
Currently i do not have access to them as i am staying elsewhere.

Also is there any limit for the value ?

Please suggest what can be done.
