Dear All,

I submitted the CEC in Jan this year. While reviewing the documents I submitted, I found that my letter of reference didn't fully match the NOC requirements. I used the code 1221 (risky! I know.... :'()

Mainly, my company provides customized training programs. The job responsibilities in my letter of reference are:
- Develop training proposals to our clients and design training programs based on their request
- Prepare invitation letters to foreign government officials, educational and industry professionals
- Coordinate with Canadian government agencies, post-secondary institutions, private firms to arrange business visitations based on training fields and purpose
- Help organize and host business seminars for foreign country's and Canadian participants
- Arrange transportation, accommodation and activities for delegates
- Provide assistance in translating and interpreting

I just don't have any confidence since a lot of people using this NOC 1221 have been rejected by immigrant officer. Moreover, my employer didn't mention my responsibilities regarding project budgeting... I emailed the Human Resources and Skills Development Canada. They said NOC 1221 may be appropriate for the occupation I described.

My dearest friends, I hope to know whether I should submit a new letter of reference based on the reason that my salary was raised early this year. Please please provide me your opinions!

Thank you very much.
