Dear All,
I am from Pakistan and my elder brother sponsored me and my parents under the category of family class sponsorship to Toronto. Recently, we received Passport Request form to send them the passports of accompanying members along with photos, and also send them the filled "Updated Information Chart in Appendix A" . My confusion is that, in the Updated Information Chart, do we have to mention the information of my other two non-accompanying siblings who are living abroad in London and Canada?..

In my case, my mother is principle applicant, i am the dependent child and my father is non-accompanying spouse, while my elder brother in Canada is the one who sponsored us and I have another non-accompanying brother in London.

Should i fill Appendix A form for my other two siblings i.e my brother in Canada who sponsored us and my other non-accompanying brother in London and my father(spouse of principle applicant) who is with us but not accompanying us?

Whomever was listed in the original application is who should be listed on the updated form. Which would mean, yourself, your mother and father, and if the brother in London was also listed as a dependent, but not accompanying, then he would also be on this form. If he is NOT a dependent on the application, then he is NOT to be included here. Your brother, that is your sponsor does not have to be listed here.

Ok, so my brother in Canada who sponsored us and my other non-accompanying brother who is a British national living in London - will not be listed in this form. But what about my father(spouse of principal applicant, my mother) who is NOT accompanying with us to Canada, but he has undergone medical examination and police certificate, should he be listed or not? .

Yes, your father should also be listed, far as I know because he is still included in the application, even if he is not accompanying at this time.
