Program - Inland spousal sponsorship for PR

I am currently working on Part C - Information about relationship - To be filled out by the sponsor and the principal applicant

There are few questions that got me confused.

For example

• When was the first time you met
• Describe the circumstances of your meeting
• Did you have any contact before you met in person
• Is there more information you wish to share to support your relationship

Do i have to fill this part from PA perspective or the sponsor?
or
do i have to fill two forms ,one from PA perspective and the other from sponsor's?

Please advise
