Can I get volunteer friends to help me with affidavit of support for MPNP or how can I access the Nigerian association of Manitoba to provide me community nomination?

I have applied for MPNP and received an AOR dated 22 AUG, 2011 with a temporary file number..........Can I track online my application status ?

How long will it take to receive LOA ?
