Help needed for few questions on CIT 0002

Hello,

I need help on few questions:

Question 3.B --- Request for different name to appear on certificate -- This is not applicable to me, should I put "N/A" in front of "Last name" field.

Question 3.C --- List any other names used -- This is not applicable to me, should I put "N/A" in front of "Provide details" field.

Question 5.B --- Mailing Address -- if "Home Address" and "Mailing Address" are same should we leave "Mailing Address" blank.

Question 6.B --- When did you first come to live in Canada -- My PR and first date to live in Canada are same, should I leave this field blank.

Question 6.G --- Minor Children's Education History -- I do not have any child, should I put "N/A" in first name and given name boxes for both "CHILD" rows.

Question 9.C --- Do you reside in Qubec -- I do not reside, so have selected "No".. what should I select for second part of this question "Do you authorize CIC Canada", should it be "No" or can we leave blank.

Question 9.E --- Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada -- I am giving third party test results.. should I leave this bank or answer as "No".

Hi access:

3b and 3c - Yes, I would put N/A as well.
5b - I had mine as 'Same as mailing address- or same as *Section number*
6b - Either N/A or Leave it blank.
6g - Yes, do put N/A.
9c - Have it as 'Yes'
9e - Write N/A

These are my personal opinion, do refer to the Guide.
