Help needed for applying SINP

Hi everyone!
I have some trouble in getting straight forward reply for this question hope someone here could help me much better.
My situation is , I am working in Saskatchewan from last september on PGWP and my all hours , time and documents are completed for applying SINP. but as they were accepting 175 files , i can not apply for SINP till january 1st 2014.
Now thing is that my work permit will expire on 28th dec. 2013 means 3 days before they open new quota for students. I know that i can not validate my forms after this date but i already made and validate my file. My file is ready to submit.
I want to know that will they accept my file as i will be on my Implied Status on january 1st.Can they say that my work permit expired. but i still be on legal status on Implied status till CIC make decision on my work permit. Is there anyone who applied SINP in same situation before and got nominated.
And if my SINP files is not getting accepted then can i be able to get LMO? Should i go for student Category?
I really need these answer. Please help.

You should apply for extension.they charge $ 200 fees .it will bridge the gap between applying for new status.also call CIC .I don't want you to do any mistake.you can not live even for a day without any status
