Help needed filling the form

Guyz i am filling the form imm0008 topic 11 Personal history we can fill only 5 activities in it for remaining can i just fill it on a blank paper with topic 11 only or should i take out the print of whole page with only part 11 filled?

Hi bestplace4u,
Are you saying that there isn't enough room on the form for all the information? If so, it says in the guide:

If the space provided on the forms is insufficient to list any information, use an additional sheet of paper. Make sure you indicate the form’s title and the number or letter of the question you are answering. Write your name and the page number at the top left corner of each additional sheet.

You can do this for any question that doesn't give enough room to answer in full. Good luck and I hope this has helped you.

Thanks amibhi yes thats what i wanted to know so i will take a print on an extra paper with form name and number mention on top

I think it's best to use a blank paper instead of a copy of the form. Glad I could help.

Just use a blank sheet, type yr name, the form number and the question and type it, ie use word , it is simple and clean and it wont make the person reading yr application has to suffer..

make it clear and simple for them ok, it helps in a way..
